How to Enter:

1. To enter the Sweepstakes, either share or comment on the book on Linkedin, Twiter, Facebook, Instagram.  Sweepstakes shall end at 11:59:59 p.m. CET on August 9, 2021 2021.   Proof of share (screenshots or captures, etc.) may be submitted only via the sign-up form you find on: https://www.successfulunderpressurebook.com/.  Limit one entry per person.

2. Your entry may be judged void if it is in whole or in part late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete, or contains false information, or does not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Official Rules, as determined by Pro Acta d.o.o. (Sponsor), in its sole and absolute discretion.

3. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstake which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstake. If for any reason the Sweepstake is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, the Sponsor shall have the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstake. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the email account.

 

Winners:

1. From all eligible entries received, one (1) Grand Prize winner, two (2) second Runners-Up (RU), six (6) third RU and twelve (12) forth RU winners will be chosen in a random drawing held at 4:30 pm, CET August 10, 2021—live online through Zoom— https://us02web.zoom.us/j/6813835145 . The Winner will be determined by the Sponsor, whose decisions concerning all matters related to this Sweepstake are final and binding. 

2. Winner will be notified by email. Individuals who receive a notification email must respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or will forfeit their prize. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Prizes:

1. One (1) Grand Prize winner will each receive a voucher for a free 3-day stay for two persons at Apartments Tina https://apartmatina.com/en/  (ARV Average Retail Value = $270.00).

2. Two (2) Second Runner-Up winners will each receive a voucher for free 1-hour coaching with Janez Hudovernik (ARV= $150.00 each).

3. Six (6) Third Runner-Up winners will each receive a voucher for free 120 minutes webinar Resiliency Advantage (ARV= $50.00 each).

4. In the event that there are an insufficient number of eligible entries, the Sponsor reserves the right not to award any or all of the prizes.

 

General:

1. This Sweepstake is open to all ages 18 or older.

2. You are not eligible if you are an employee of the Sponsor, the author, or other party in any way involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstake, or a member of the immediate family or household member of any such employee. Void where prohibited by law. All state and local restrictions apply.

3. No substitutions, transfers, or assignments of prizes allowed. In the event of unavailability, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. All expenses, including taxes (if any) on receipt and use of prizes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

5. The Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release ("Affidavit") and if so, the Affidavit must be completed and returned within fourteen (14) days of notification or another winner will be selected. Should the ARV of the prize equal or exceed $600.00, the Winner shall be required to provide a Social Security Number or a Taxpayer Identification Number to the Sponsor for issuance of a 1099 Form.

6. By accepting a prize, the Winner grants to the Sponsor the right to use his or her name, likeness, hometown, and biographical information in advertising and promotional materials relating to the subject matter of this Sweepstake, including posting on the Sponsor's websites, without further compensation or permission, except were prohibited by law.

7. By accepting a prize and/or competing in this Sweepstake, entrants release the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and the agencies of any of them and/or the author(s) of any books promoted hereby from any and all liability for any loss, harm, injuries, damages, cost or expense, arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

8. By participating in the Sweepstake, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Official Rules, and agree to abide and be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Sweepstake and the awarding of prizes. Under no circumstances shall the released parties be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, attorneys’ fees or any other damages.

9. The Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstake and amend the Official Rules at any time, without individual notice, and for any reason.  In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

10. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstake will be determined according to the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without reference to its conflict of law principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

 

Release of liability / Consent to publicity:

By entering the Sweepstake, you: (i) confirm compliance with the Official Rules; (ii) consent to and grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your name, city, comments, photographs and/or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes, including posting on relevant social pages without further notice or compensation; and (iii) release the Sponsor, the author, their respective affiliates, and other parties in any way involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstake, from and against any and all liability from any claims, actions, damages, loss, injury, costs, demands and liabilities arising in connection with the Sweepstake and/or the prize.

 

Winners List/Winner Information:

To receive a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within six (6) months of the end of the Sweepstake to Pro Acta d.o.o., Sp. Laze 1a, 4247 Zg. Gorje, Slovenia, Europe. Attention: Successful Under Pressure Winners Lists.
